The most controvertible character of Romanian history Vlad Dracul, nicknamed “Vlad the Impaler” or “Dracula”, was born in Sighisoara's citadel. His house is just one of the many tourist attractions here. Another iconic attraction is the Clock Tower which operated the main gate into the citadel and hold Citadel’s treasures in the past.
